Enis Oncuoglu Design (EOD) was established in 2022 by Enis Öncüoğlu and based in Istanbul, Turkey. The main objective of the company is to provide architectural design and consultancy services focused largely on international real estate projects.
The main offered services are Architectural, Structural, MEP, Master Planning, Interior and Landscape Design and Consultancy services.
Advanced BIM, sophisticated 3D modelling, CAD systems and contemporary communication systems are used within the provided design services.
EOD has a very diverse portfolio, yet our main experience and field of expertise are mostly composed of shopping malls, hotels, workplaces and mixed-use projects.

FOUNDER
ENİS Öncüoğlu
Enis Oncuoglu graduated from METU Faculty of Architecture as an architect in 1989 and right after started to work at Oncuoglu Architects founded by Hasan Oncuoglu. In 1996 he assumed the general directorate of the company in 1996 after the founder of the office passed away. Through the years, his experiences in international projects lead Enis Oncuoglu to establish a global project and client portfolio. Enis Oncuoglu also acts as a jury member in many national and international competitions and participates in conferences such as MAPIC, MIPIM, ProEstate, ARKIPARC to share his experience in architecture and real estate issues. Enis Oncuoglu is also a member of TMMOB Chamber of Architects, TSMD (Association of Turkish Architects in Private Practice), OMIM (Union of Architects of Architectural Faculty of METU), AMPD (Shopping Centres and Retailers Association), TMMMB (Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects Association) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres). Enis Oncuoglu is also one of the founders of TSMD Ankara Architecture Centre.
